STUDY ON PREPARATION OF P-32 TO PRODUCE APPLICATOR FOR TREATMENT OF BLOCK TUMOR AND KELOID SCARS; SOLUTION P-32 IS TAKEN ORALLY RELIEVING PAIN OF BONE CANCER METASTASIS

Abstract

    During the period 2010-2014, study on preparation of P-32 to produce applicator fortreatment of block tumor and keloid scars; solution P-32 is taken orally relieving pain of bonecancer metastasis has been carried out in Dalat Nuclear Research Institute.The analytical results shown that the procedure of P-32 preparation by irradiation of P-31(P2O5) target in Dalat Nuclear Research Reactor with power 500kW, neutron flux in neutrontrap is 10 13n/cm2.sec is better than that red phosphor due to it is not to be polluted othernuclides releasing gamma rays. P-32 solution is in form of Orthophosphate PO43-; theradiochemistry pure is higher 99% and the nuclide pure is 100%, it is to meet the standard ofVietnam Pharmacopoeia 2009.
