INVESTIGATE EFFECTS OF EXPERIMENTAL CONDITIONS ON PHOTOCATALYTIC ACTIVITY OF F-TiO2 NANOMATERIALS
Abstract
In the present paper, a study on synthesis of F-TiO2 under different conditions by sol -gel process and photocatalytic activity for oxidative methylen blue weredemonstrated. Optimum synthesis conditions of F-TiO2 material were found to be 3.5M NH3 solution, reaction time between KF and sol 45 minutes, 14,25% the F/TiO2mass ratio and calcination temperature of Ti(OH)4 at 550 oC. The photocatalyticdegradation of blue methylene by the F-TiO2 material was higher than that of TiO2material at the same conditions.
