SIMULTANEOUS DETERMINATION OF VITAMINE B1, B6, B12 IN MILK AND FRESH MILK DIELAC GROW PLUS, DIELAC ALPHA GOLD BY HIGH PERFORMANCE LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY METHOD

Abstract

In this paper we announce the survey results of the optimum conditions to simultaneous determination
of vitamine B1, vitamine B6 and vitamine B12 by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)
method and simultaneously quantify vitamine B1, vitamine B6 and vitamine B12 in milk and fresh milk
DIELAC GROW PLUS, DIELAC ALPHA GOLD by HPLC method. The results showed that the error
when determining vitamine B1, vitamine B6 and vitamine B12 are less than 3% with the recovery of
vitamine B1 from 91.35% to 100.81%; of vitamine B6 from 90.446% to 99.12%, of vitamine B12 from
92.38% to 100.68%.
