STUDY ON THE SYNTHESIS OF PEROVSKITE LaFeO3 BY MICROWAVE-ASSISTED HYDROTHERMAL METHOD

Abstract

In this paper, the process of the synthesis of perovskite LaFeO3 by microwave-assisted hydrothemal
method was studied. The properties of the received product are evaluated by modern analytical methods
such as XRD, SEM-EDX, FTIR, TGA/DSC, XPS. The combination of microwave with hydrothemal
process help shorten the synthesis time. The results demonstrated that the synthesized perovskite LaFeO3
has high purity, the product has a cube shape with size of 55-65 nm
