Abstract
The risk of lead poisoning in food is increasing.So the determination of lead content in foodshould be considered to protect health and the environment. The adsorption of lead ion bymaterial prepared from rice husk was surveyed in former study. In this paper we present theresults of detemination of lead in food after using adsorber. Evaluation results for syntheticand real samples containing Pb indicate that it is possible to use this material to separate andremove lead in food samples.
