FACTORS AFFECTING THE LEARNING OUTCOMES OF STUDENTS AT VAN LANG UNIVERSITY
Abstract
Student’s learning outcomes are a matter of great concern to many universities today. This study was conducted to determine the factors affecting the learning outcomes of students at Van Lang University. By methods to assess the reliability of Cronbach's Alpha scale, exploratory factor analysis (EFA), multiple regression analysis with a sample of 480 Van Lang students, the research results show that the interaction with lecturers, class participation, self-study ability all have a positive impact on the learning outcomes of students at Van Lang University. Therefore, Van Lang University needs to focus on improving student satisfaction on these factors to improve student learning outcomes.
