Investment into libraries in Vietnam: The state of the art and orientation of solution

Abstract

      Analyzes the real state of investment into library activities according to following groups: public libraries, university libraries, school libraries, multidisciplinary and special libraries and to 4 criteria: budget, document collection, seat and staff; sets forth some recommendations on improving policy for assuring and intensifying investment into activities of Vietnamese libraries.
