Human resources in libraries of some Vietnamese technical universities

Abstract

      Generalizes the role of academic libraries and librarians; analyses the current status of information-library staff on various aspects: gender, age, qualification, expertise, etc; puts forward some solutions to improving the quality of information-library staff, serving effectively the training according to credit system at Vietnamese technical universities.
