Abstract

Analyzing key benefits in applying information of S&T project results. Introducing legal documents in applying S&T project results as well as "breakthrough" contents in applying S&T project results according to the Circular No.14/2014/TT-BKHCN of the Ministry of Science and Technology. Analyzing main obstacles in implementing the Circular and recommending solutions.
