    Based on the results of the survey implemented at 72 libraries and information centers, the paper analyzes the shift from traditional to modern information and library activities in Vietnam. Analyzing the current state management in the field of information and library. Identifying challenges and proposing suggestions to improve the state management in the field of information and library in some aspects.
