Factors affecting and solutions for efficient use of e-resources

Abstract

     The paper identifies and analyses factors affecting e-resources usage: knowledge of managers, vision of the university, capacity of librarians, information technology infrastructure, information content, guidelines and instructions. It also introduces some solutions for better e-resources usage.
