Digital library model for new rural development in Vietnam

Abstract

    The article analyzes the impact of ICT to the establishment and development of digital library in Vietnam; the necessity of developing digital library in rural areas to improve knowledge for the people. Authors introduce a digital library model and solutions to develop digital libraries for the people in rural areas of Vietnam.
