Application of open source software DSPACE in building an open digital material collection at Quang Binh University

Abstract

    Open education resources is a growing trend in the education system in the world today, in the future, the system of libraries and learning materials will turn in to an open direction based on open educational resources. Open educational resources have become an effective tool for educational activities, stimulating many teaching methods to develop, helping learners to access in the fastest and best way of human knowledge at the same time with opening a new page for education, breaking the barriers of education in traditional education. The article mentions the application of open source software DSpace to build an open digital collection at Quang Binh University for education and training activities, based on which proposed some solutions to further improve efficiency of use
