Essential digital skills to help users interact effectively in the digital environment

Abstract

    The article introduces two groups of digital skills (basic and advanced) for users with the aim of helping users to be aware of the needed digital skills, in order to have a sense of accumulation and learning to obtain necessary skills to improve the effectiveness of interaction with information in the digital environment.
