Vietnamese libraries on the threshold of knowledge economy, integration and development

Abstract

Outlines two kinds of libraries: public and special / multidisciplinary ones in Vietnam; analyzes limitations in library activities and puts forth remedial measures; underlines the importance of library activities in the knowledge economy.
