State management of information on S&T projects: The current state and solutions

Abstract

        Clarity the role of information on S&T tasks in management  and  scientific research activities; informs the real state of implementation of state management documents in collecting, registering, preserving and using information on S&T tasks; presents new related regulations in 2013 S&T Law, Decree Nr 11/2014/NĐ-CP on S&T information; sets forth solutions to intensifying state management of information on S&T tasks at all levels.
