Abstract
35g EtOAc fraction was seperated into 17 fractions. From these fractions, by using techiques remained above, five compounds were isolated: V1 (830,56 mg) , V2 (23 mg) , V3 (30 mg), V4 (45,39 mg), V5 (17mg). Additonally, some chemical strutures were defined as V1 (casticin), V3 (luteolin-7-O-β- glucopyranosid), V4 (luteolin-6-C-β-glucopyranosid), V5 (sitosterol-3-O-β-glucosid). The study is also continuing defining the chemical structure of V4 and enriching V7 from others fractions.Some fractions collected by using column chromatography are available to be isolated new compounds such as: fraction 11, fraction 17G,...
