Abstract

     In this paper, Computer Aided Resonator Design (CARD) is used for design ultrasonic horn in plastic welding. Horn dimension is determined by CARD with the input parameters such as working frequency, wave speed, material and amplitude. The cylindrical horn is designed in this paper working at 20 kHz and 80 um in amplitude of the working surface.
