APPLICATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN TEACHING MATHEMATICS THROUGH THE TOPIC OF TRANSFORMATIONS AT HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract

Application of Information Technology (IT) in teaching contributes to the promotion of students' activeness, creativity and initiative. In this article, the author introduces some softwares that can be exploited and used in teaching Mathematics. Simultaneously, the article presents how to exploit IT application in teaching the topic of "Transformation" and gives some examples of IT application in designing some typical situations to teach "Transformations" in 11^th Grade-Geometry in high schools.
