Abstract

Culture in economy and economy in culture are dialectical, inseparable relationships. Activities in the Covid-19 are occasionally delayed but the culture is always on the move. It is the driving force that motivates people and organizations to overcome the pandemic together. As we enter the new normal, culture will be the foundation for businesses to recover and grow. In that sense, by interdisciplinary methods, field survey methods; synthesizing, analyzing, comparing, and contrasting documents, this study has assessed the situation, proposed insights into business culture in the period when tourism businesses gradually come back into operation post-pandemic. The study showed that a major of hotel business groups in the world such as Best Western, Accor…have been paid great attention to business culture. Also, the study showed how to build a business culture in hotels of business groups in Vietnam through lessons. Business culture has been existing as a guideline to guide companies in general, as well as tourism and hotel businesses in the right direction.
