In the process of socio-economic development, the demand for "clean" land from both state and non-state investors, especially large enterprises, has been increasing. Moc Chau and Van Ho districts possess advantageous climate conditions and fertile land for the development of high-tech agriculture and tourism. The districts have implemented various measures to establish land reserves that play a crucial role in allocating land resources to appropriate sectors and beneficiaries, effectively serving socio-economic development. This article utilizes data surveyed from public servants and officials directly involved in land reserve establishment, analyzing and identifying factors influencing this process to attract investment for socio-economic development in Moc Chau and Van Ho districts. The research results provide a basis for local authorities to formulate suitable policies aimed at enhancing the effectiveness of land reserve establishment for the socio-economic development of Moc Chau and Van Ho districts in Son La province in the near future.
