Developing high quality human resources in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province

Abstract

According to the general trend of the world, with the strong development
of the 4.0 technology revolution, high-quality human resources (CLC) are considered
as one of the important factors for economic development, develop FDI enterprises
investing in Vietnam. Therefore, developing qualified human resources to work will
strongly develop domestic and foreign enterprises to invest in economic development,
improve the socio-economic life of the locality. This article will present issues related
to high quality human resources, the role of high quality human resources in economic
development and the development of investment enterprises, analyze factors affecting
high quality human resources and the current situation of qualified human resources in
the province. Ba Ria Vung Tau (BRVT) then offers solutions to develop high quality
human resources to work in Ba Ria Vung Tau province.
