The functions and tasks of lecturers in the credit system training
Abstract
The transfer from the annual to credit system training (CST) not only is a mustunder the direction of MOET but also meets the requirements of the integration into global
education system. This transfer requires the innovation in the education management whose
essence is to innovate the teaching and learning methods. Without this intrinsic innovation,
credit system training will be restricted, sometimes become sclerosed and counteracted.
This article gives general characteristics of credit system training so that the functions and
tasks chiefly the special tasks of the teachers and the requirements for renovating teaching
methods of the lecturers in the credit system training must be clarified.
