Abstract
Situations of competitive competencies and brand of the HUFI were explored in this paper. At the same time, the analysis of internal and external environments influencing on the Competitive competencies and brand were mentioned; analysis of applying total quality management to improve competitive competencies and brand of the HUFI.Key words: internal environment, external environment, competitive competencies, brand, TQM.
