Building the enabling state for developmental in Viet Nam: Barriers and orientation solutions

Abstract

The development and sustainable development is the target and the mainstream of every nation that attract particular concerns from leaders, strategic planners and governments. It is not only a process, a political trend in contemporary society, but also an objective need of every nation today. However, there are in reality still “paradoxes”, barriers, plus sharp changes in the socio-economic life of the world as well as each nation, including Vietnam, which have directly affected the development process. This paper focuses on clarifying the contents of the enabling state for development, identifying the main barriers in building the enabling government for development in Vietnam, and proposing orientation solutions to build the enabling government for development in current Vietnam.
