Abstract

This research examines the impact of sustainable behavior of tourist and stakeholders in tourism ecology on their perception of sustainable tourism destination and regional econmic development in Phu Quoc City, using structural equation model to test the positive relationship among sustainable behavior which include sustainable economic, social-cultural and environment behavior, sustainable tourism destination and regional economic developmen. In consistent to reviewed literatures, positive correlation among the three notions is confrmed with a statistically signifcant at 95%. Findings from the research is the basis to suggest four solutions to strengthen sustainable economic, social-cultural, environment behavior and building the brand of sustainable tourism destination for Phu Quoc City.
