Abstract

Artifcial intelligence (AI) is a science technology in computer application that can function and respond like human. In another way, AI can simulate human intelligence. Nowadays, AI is widely used in all industries in the era of Industry 4.0. Moreover, AI is expected to replace 16% of Human resource jobs in the next ten years. AI is developed in different applications in various felds, especially in Recruitment. AI can support Human Resoure managers to get more hiring and make it efcient in the way of selecting the best talents for the organization. This paper aims to introduce AI applications in recuitment process, thereby suggesting some recommendations to help Vietnamese frrms to catch up with the technology development.
