Affecting the creative capacity of economics students at Mekong Delta Universities

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of factors on the creative capacity of economics students at universities in the Mekong Delta. To conduct this research, the author conducted a survey of 498 economics students studying at 10 universities in the Mekong Delta. The author conducted research through two stages: qualitative research and quantitative research. In addition, the data analysis method chosen by the authors (1) evaluates the reliability of Cronbach’s Alpha  scale; (2) EFA exploratory factor analysis; (3) Pearson correlation coefficient test (4) linear regression analysis; (5) Lavene difference test. The research results show that intrinsic motivation and a supportive environment have an impact on students’ creative capacity. The research results once again strengthen the theoretical basis of the research, and are also the basis for the author to propose recommendations to improve the creative capacity of economics students at universities
in the Mekong Delta.
