DEVELOPING COLLECTIVE AND COOPERATIVES ECONOMY IN BUILDING NEW RURAL OF ETHNIC MINORITIES AND MOUNTAINOUS AREAS

Abstract

The collective and cooperatives economy play a pivotal role, making an important contribution to socio-economic development and building new rural of ethnic minorities and mountainous areas; especially creating jobs and increasing incomes for ethnic minorities; at the same time change the awareness and production practices of the people; training and developing human resources, improving skills for members and employees; to associate rural infrastructure development, agricultural and rural economic restructuring, sustainable economic development, poverty reduction, and preservation of ethnic cultural identities in ethnic minority and mountainous areas. Developing the collective and cooperative economy and exploiting the available potentials and advantages of this economic sector has always been a necessary demand of our economy in the current period.
