TRAINING HIGH-QUALITY HUMAN RESOURCES FOR SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN ETHNIC MINORITY AND MOUNTAINOUS AREAS
Abstract
Human resource is the biggest asset, the decisive factor for the existence and development of the country. In the ethnic minorities and mountainous regions of our country, human resources are the central factor, playing a decisive role in socio-economic growth and development. Therefore, to ensure human resources, the training of human resources is very important. In the national development strategy, our Party and State have given special priority to investment, training and development of human resources in ethnic minority and mountainous areas to meet revolutionary requirements and tasks in each historical period. However, human resources at present, especially high-quality human resources in ethnic minority and mountainous areas are still limited. In order to serve the economic development task of ethnic minority and mountainous areas, it is necessary to assess the situation of human resource training, propose practical solutions to training high-quality human resources to meet the demand in ethnic minority and mountainous areas today.
