PRESERVE AND PROMOTE THE CULTURAL VALUES OF ETHNIC MINORITIES IN THE PERIOD 2011-2020, RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE PERIOD 2021-2030

Abstract

With a consistent viewpoint, the Party and State have affirmed:
the culture of ethnic minorities is an important part of the unified
and diverse Vietnamese culture. In each stage of development, the
Party and State always have appropriate guidelines and policies
to preserve and promote the traditional cultural values of ethnic
minorities. Consistency in awareness and implementation of the
policies of the Party and State in the conservation and promotion
of traditional cultural values have made an important contribution
to the development of economy, culture, unity of ethnic minorities.
In addition to the achieved results, in the period 2011-2020, the
preservation and promotion of traditional cultural values of ethnic
minorities have also presented a number of issues that need to be
timely addressed and resolved in the period 2021-2030.
