SOLUTIONS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING FOR RURAL WORKERS IN THE NORTHWEST

Abstract

The Northwest is an area with an important strategic position in terms of economy-society, defense- security and foreign affairs of Vietnam. Improving the quality of vocational training for rural workers
is one of the important and urgent tasks, in order to contribute to the successful implementation of the new
rural construction, improve the efficiency of socio-economic development. On the basis of assessing the
current situation of vocational training for rural workers in the Northwest, the article proposes a number of
solutions to improve the quality of vocational training for rural workers in the Northwest in the near future.
