PRESIDENT HO CHI MINH’S PEOPLE’S IDEOLOGY AND IMPLICATIONS FOR CIVIL ADVOCACY IN HO CHI MINH CITY TODAY

Abstract

The article researches President Ho Chi Minh's views on civil advocacy. The results showed that President Ho Chi Minh raised the guiding views on civil advocacy work such as the concept, position, role, force, method and process of implementing civil advocacy work. These views have so far remained valuable to the Party's civil advocacy. The article also points out the significance of President Ho Chi Minh's civil advocacy thought for civil advocacy in Ho Chi Minh City today.
