Abstract

Marriage is an important issue, ensuring the happy life of each family and society. During the process of leading the revolution since independence (1945) until now, the Party and State have always cared about leading and building a prosperous and happy life for the people. That is reflected in the Law on Marriage and Family, and many other policies of the Party and our State towards the people in general and ethnic minorities in particular, including the Red Dao people. Cao Bang is a mountainous, highland, bordering province with China, with socio-economic conditions still facing many difficulties, 95% of the population is ethnic minorities, so the implementation of correct implementation of the marriage and family policy is very important. The article focuses on clarifying the process of implementing the marriage policy of the Red Dao people in Cao Bang province (2000-2020).
