PROMOTING THE HUMAN FACTOR FOLLOWING HO CHI MINH’S THOUGHTS, MEETING THE DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS OF THE COUNTRY

Abstract

Human issues and promoting human factors are a constant content in Ho Chi Minh's thoughts and actions. His great contribution is that he found the path to national liberation - the path of proletarian revolution; leading the entire people to rise up and fight for national independence and human liberation. Ho Chi Minh always paid attention to directing the implementation of eliminating old production relations, building new socialist production relations, constantly improving people's lives, contributing to liberating people in all areas. The current cause of national development requires research and implementation of solutions to promote Vietnamese human factors according to Ho Chi Minh's viewpoint. This is also an important basis for the Communist Party of Vietnam to outline the correct policies and guidelines in building new people and promoting human factors to meet the requirements of industrialization and modernization of the country.
