CURRENT SITUATION AND SOLUTIONS FOR MANAGING AND DEVELOPING THE CAPACITY TO IMPLEMENT EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING PROGRAMS FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS
Abstract
Experiential activities play an extremely important role in the process of comprehensive personality development for students. The 2018 general education program has included experiential activities in the compulsory education program, regularly implemented with a duration of 105 periods/year. Students are required to make an effort to complete this content like other subjects. Based on a survey of the current situation with 180 managers and teachers, the article assesses the current situation in the management of capacity building to implement experiential activities for teachers in five primary schools.
From there, the author proposes four groups of systematic and feasible management solutions
to develop digital capacity for teachers through the activities of specialized groups, thereby contributing to improving the capacity to implement experiential activities for teachers in primary schools.
