Abstract
Technology influences every aspect of daily life and has transformed the way people learn, communicate, entertain, search for information, and acquire knowledge. These transformations are and will increasingly become evident at all levels of the education system.
This process poses new challenges to teachers' working methods in pedagogical, instructional, and administrative contexts, while also reshaping the core competencies required of teachers to meet the current demands for comprehensive and fundamental educational reform.
Based on a survey of 60 school leaders and teachers, this paper evaluates the current situation
in managing professional learning community (PLC) activities at Nguyen Sieu Primary School, Hanoi, with a focus on developing teachers' digital competence. Accordingly, the author proposes four systematic and feasible management solutions to foster teachers' digital competence through professional group activities, thereby enhancing the quality and effectiveness of PLC operations and affirming the school's reputation.
