Abstract

CURRENT SITUATION AND LAND ENVIRONMENT IN AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT IN VINH LONG PROVINCE

Vinh Long is a province with many strengths to develop a comprehensive agriculture with multi-cultivation and intensive farming using modern and updated production models. However, agricultural development in Vinh Long province has recently had a great impact on the environment, the production and the life of local people. The paper analyzes the current status of soil and water pollution during agricultural development in Vinh Long province, identifies the main causes of the pollution, and suggests some solutions.
