NUNIVERSAL DESIGN PERSPECTIVE FOR VISUALLIY IMPAIRED PEOPLE TO APPROACH IN VIETNAM FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF CULTURAL EXCHANGES

Abstract

The study focuses on the issues of cultural and  artistic transformation in the process of  integration, giving examples of cultural  exchanges and acculturation in the national  history, thereby relating to contemporary art, this is the change of perceptions of policy  makers, architects and interior designers on how  to create interior spaces for the visually impaired  people to approach public works. It represents  changes towards human values, which is  consistent with universal values and the culture  of mutual affection of the Vietnamese people.
