Abstract

Jongmyo Temple (Korea) where Aak music ceremonies take place was declared a world heritage site by UNESCO in 1995. Nha nhac (VietNam was recognized by UNESCO as a Masterpiece of Oral and Intangible Humanity in 2003. Gagaku (Japan) Recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity in 2009. It is urgent to research and preserve these treasures in order to protect and maintain the musical quintessence of humanity is being lost and deformed. Gagaku, Aak, Nha Nhac originated from Chinese Court Music (Yayue). Confucianism and Confucianism with the ideology of harsh class discrimination, maximized the role and status of the ruling class with elaborate and magnificent ceremonies. Typically, court ceremonies and related ceremonial services are quickly and positively received by East Asian countries: Vietnam, Japan and the Korean peninsula. These countries all have close geographical, historical and cultural ties. However, when imported and localized, all three countries: Vietnam, Japan, and Korea have made selections, creations and changes compared to the original court music
