Abstract

Utilizing conventional research methods
and employing Realtime PCR technology for gene
expression analysis, this study investigated the
impact of the training process on the expression
levels of a gene group associated with the
regulation of blood pressure, heart rate, and
motor nervous system in national Taekwondo team
athletes. The results indicated that among the genes
related to anti-inflammatory regulation, SCGB1A1
and IL-6 showed an increased expression trend,
HLA exhibited decreased expression, and
HP showed no change in expression levels.
