Abstract

Abstract: This study employed the following
research methods: literature analysis and
synthesis; interviews and discussions; pedagogical
observation; pedagogical testing; pedagogical
experiment; and statistical mathematics.
Consequently, we selected 23 exercises to enhance
the effectiveness of defensive techniques (KTPT)
and 04 tests to evaluate the effectiveness of
KTPT for police martial arts (VTCA) for full-time
male students at the People’s Police Academy
(HVCSND). The three-month pedagogical
experiment revealed that the experimental group
showed better development than the control group,
with t-test > t-table at a probability threshold of
P < 0.05. Thus, the selected exercises effectively
improved the defensive techniques in police martial
arts for full-time male students at HVCSND.
