Abstract

This article analyzes the Eastern
cultural imprint in Vietnam’s traditional martial
arts, examining the correlation between the
scientific and rational aspects in movement
exercises and the psychological and conscious
factors in combat techniques as well as in the
training of physical strength and spirit. Through
this analysis, it contributes to clarifying the
understanding of natural laws and socio-cultural
customs as reflected in sports activities, specifically
through traditional martial arts training.
