Abstract

Based on theoretical and practical
foundations, along with fundamental scientific
research methods in the field of Sports and
Physical Education, we conducted an assessment
of speed-strength (SS) performance levels for male
athletes (athletes) of the Industrial University of
Economics and Technology (IUEAT) Football
Team across various training phases. The
research process involved selecting appropriate
tests to evaluate the SS performance levels of
male athletes in the IUEAT Football Team, while
simultaneously developing evaluation standards
for the chosen tests for the study subjects.
