Abstract
Through assessment of the situation, there are
still many causes that affect human resource
development at young football training centers.
Based on the legal and practical basis, the thesis
proposes 8 solutions to implement human resource
development in young football training centers. At
the same time, assessing through expert methods
show that certain solutions are available, which
can be applied in management practices at young
football training centers in Vietnam.
