Abstract
In order to effectively teach initial swimming,
building an initial swimming program is important.
Using regular scientific research methods, we've
built an initial swimming program for children
ages 7 - 8 in the Northern provinces, in three
months of summer, lasted in two years, including 4
small programs. The initial swimming program is
scientific, feasible, reasonable, which will bring
economic efficiency and improve the quality of
swimming lessons for children.
