Abstract

With regular scientific research methods in
sports science, the paper explored the general
status of physical fitness of grade 7th female
students at Luong Hoa Lower secondary school,
Chau Thanh district, Tra Vinh province and from
which 20 sport games were selected to improve
their physical fitness. Through experiments, the
selected sport games in the study are believed to
have a positive impact on the overall physical
development of these students
