Abstract
Using conventional scientific research
methods, we selected 18 exercises to improve the
effectiveness of low-handed defense techniques
for students of the University of Labor and Social
Affairs. Through the 3-month experimental period,
the article has determined the obvious effectiveness
of the selected exercises in improving the
effectiveness of low-hand defense techniques for
students of the badminton club, which is reflected
in the difference. about the tests of tc>table =
2.101 at the probability threshold P˂0.05, that
proves that the selected exercises are appropriate.
