Abstract

Based on
theoretical
foundations, practical considerations, and
fundamental scientific research methods in the
field of physical education and sports, the
study has selected 12 advanced exercises for
improving the effectiveness of table tennis
forehand techniques. Additionally, it has
developed three reliable and informative tests
to evaluate the effectiveness of table tennis
forehand techniques for students majoring in
physical education at Hong Duc University.
