Utilizing standard scientific
research methods in the field of Physical
Education, and drawing from both theory and
practical experience in the field of People's
Public Security martial arts at the People's
Police College I, we have identified 19
exercises and 7 tests to assess the technical
proficiency of hand techniques for male
students majoring in People's Public Security
martial arts at the People's Police College I.
